1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bbdjl platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing the bbdjl.lat website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

2.2 Registration Process

• Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
• For account verification purposes, bbdjl may request a national ID card or other identity documents.
• If multiple members of the same household operate accounts from the same device or IP address, verification through our support team will be required.

2.3 KYC Verification

Identity verification (Know Your Customer) may be required before large withdrawals or at any time at bbdjl's discretion. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may delay withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bbdjl platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are supported:

• bKash — Mobile banking service
• Nagad — Postal department mobile banking service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account almost instantly. Minor delays may occur due to technical reasons.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
• It is advisable to use the same method for withdrawals as was used for deposits.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).
• bbdjl reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal requests may be cancelled before verification is completed.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for any applicable taxes. bbdjl does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total (deposit + bonus) amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If unusual betting patterns aimed at gaining bonus advantages (such as opposing bets) are detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• bbdjl reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they only become withdrawable after the conditions are met.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

bbdjl offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as various game types including slots, live casino, and bingo.

• Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bbdjl reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined based on the state recorded in the system.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are conducted in real time. The dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical issue, the game record will be reviewed before a decision is made.

6.3 Slot Game Rules

• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is credited to the account on a set day each week. Detailed terms for VIP benefits can be found on the relevant promotions page. bbdjl reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

bbdjl is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, bbdjl's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Failure of third-party software or service providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruption or modification due to legal or regulatory reasons.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or national crises.

bbdjl's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss shall not exceed the user's account balance at the time.

13 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute or complaint arises, please first attempt to resolve it through our support team. The process for filing a complaint:
